- Exclusive use for up to 50 guests
Good to know
- Book one to twelve hours. Your hours include setup and teardown.
- Events wrap by 10pm. Cleanup can run later.
- Overtime is $250 per half hour, so book enough time to finish comfortably.
- A 30% retainer confirms your date. The balance is due seven days before your event.
- A $1,000 security hold goes on a credit card 72 hours before, released after the walkthrough.
- Renters carry general liability insurance for their event.
- Bring any caterer, bartender, florist or rental company.
- Alcohol is welcome with a Social Occasion Liquor Permit.
Pricing and booking questions
How much does it cost?
Rentals start at $275 for one hour, and the hourly rate drops the longer you book: 3 hours is $475, 4 hours is $600, 5 hours is $700, 8 hours is $950 and 12 hours is $1,200. See every rate.
Is the rate the same on weekdays and weekends?
Yes. Every day of the week carries the same hourly rate. Weekday dates often have more availability on short notice.
How does payment work?
A 30% retainer confirms your booking and holds your date; it is non-refundable. The balance is due seven days before your event. Pay by credit card, e-transfer or cash.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A $1,000 credit card authorization hold is placed about 72 hours before your event. It is released after the post-event walkthrough, within five business days, when the space is returned as you found it.
What if we need to cancel?
Cancel more than seven days before your event and the 30% retainer is kept. Within seven days, 50% of the rental fee is kept. Full terms are in your rental agreement.
Do we need event insurance?
Yes. Renters carry general liability insurance for their event and share proof on request. Ask us and we will suggest a local broker.
Are there wedding packages or minimums?
Weddings use the same hourly rates as every other event. No packages. No minimums. A full eight hour wedding day is $950.
How do we book?
Choose your date and hours on the booking calendar and pay a 30% retainer. As soon as the retainer is paid, the date is yours.
How long can we book?
Anywhere from one to twelve hours, in one hour blocks. Events wrap by 10pm, and cleanup can run later. If your event runs over, overtime is $250 per half hour.
Does setup time count in our booking?
Yes. Your booking covers everything from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, so build setup and teardown into your hours. Most hosts add about an hour before guests arrive.

Will the rates go up?
These are introductory rates, and they will rise as the calendar fills. Book now to lock in today's rate.
